New logo for the Youth Go Trust UK.
The Youth Go Trust, which was formerly the Castledine-Barnes Trust, has been supporting young players for over two decades. Over the past 7 years, they have offered small grants to help children and young people learn the game of Go, attend tournaments, and win prizes. To better align with their objectives, the organization opted to change its name in 2022 and is now known as the Youth Go Trust.
By breaking down the word "go" into three circles, we transformed them into game stones, 2 black and 1 white. The stones can represent either conflict, where the white seeks to separate the blacks, or cooperation, where the blacks strive to unite. This iconic symbol is widely recognized and can be easily found on the playing board of the game.
